Our team values accountability, integrity, and forward\-thinking problem\-solvers who excel in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment. **Salary:** $1,200 \- $1,500 USD (monthly) \+ paid time off \& personal days **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Manage full\-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable * Oversee billing processes and prepare supporting documentation * Conduct weekly payroll reviews * Assist with sales tax filings and ensure compliance * Handle credit card reconciliations and general cash management * Help with ad hoc projects and financial tasks as needed **Skills:** * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle a high\-volume caseload * Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal * Detail\-oriented and efficient, able to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy * Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem\-solving skills * Empathetic and patient when working with clients in sensitive situations * Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus, but not required * Advanced Excel skills required (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Qualifications:** * An associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field * 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role * Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) * High\-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.) * Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar) **Setting:** Remote **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm EST (1hr lunch) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $21,890\.00 \- $27,365\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * accounting: 2 years (Required) Language: * advanced English (Required) Work Location: Remote
