We are seeking a Remote Patient Care Coordinator (RPCC) who understands the importance of trust, empathy, and clear communication in the plastic surgery patient journey. Position Summary The Patient Care Coordinator is a vital member of our practice, serving as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing patients and acts as a vital and important “front line” team\-member. This role supports patients during the initial inquiry phase to enhance our pre\-consult screening process by answering and asking preliminary questions and distributing leads to internal team members according to strict protocols. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, detail\-oriented, and a highly effective communicator. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing plastic surgery patients via phone, email, and messaging platforms * Following internal patient experience and process protocols \& scripting guidelines * Educate patients on the basics regarding the consultation processes, types of surgeries offered and basic surgeon details * **Respond (\*immediately \- within 60 seconds)** to patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and discretion **between the hours of 4 pm and 12 am C.S.T.** \- **\*This is a night shift position** * Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR/PM system * Coordinate closely with administrative staff and internal Patient Care Coordinators * Screen and distribute patient leads according to strict protocols * Handle sensitive patient and financial information in compliance with HIPAA standards * Be adaptable to changing roles requirements where necessary Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * 1\+ year experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, medical aesthetics, or medical office setting preferred * Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Proficiency with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and MS Office * Reliable high\-speed internet and private workspace Required Experience Expertise in written and spoken English * Plastic surgery or medical aesthetics experience * Knowledge of cosmetic procedures and terminology * Surgical case coordination experience * Remote healthcare or concierge\-style service experience What We Offer * Fully remote position * Competitive compensation * Structured onboarding and training * Supportive team environment * Opportunities for growth How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in plastic surgery.
