Job Summary: We are seeking proactive individuals to perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general finishing maintenance activities, with a focus on continuous improvement. A work environment that values proactivity and a continuous improvement mindset An industrial company located south of Mexico City currently has an opening in the MAINTENANCE department to carry out the following responsibilities; the required profile is as follows: \* Gender: Unrestricted \- Perform assigned maintenance activities including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning, and/or general finishing work. \- Track general operational maintenance activities, including recording and executing preventive or corrective maintenance work orders. \- Record and track general operational maintenance tasks. \*\* All work is performed at a single location; relocation is not required. \* Salary is determined based on experience and the initial job interview; statutory benefits are provided from day one, along with direct hiring; proactive candidates with a continuous improvement mindset are required.
