**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for daily maintenance of software, hardware, and desktop systems in operational environments (computers, printers, surveillance cameras, DVRs, access control systems, attendance control machines). * Maintain, manage, and troubleshoot network devices to ensure stable daily operation of the IT infrastructure. * Monitor and maintain the company’s LAN/WAN and Internet connectivity to guarantee secure and stable network performance during business hours. * Diagnose and resolve hardware/software failures, documenting all incidents. * Capable of independently installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows systems; learn and adhere to the company’s confidentiality protocols. * Manage corporate IT asset inventory (computers), including deployment, retrieval, ledger updates, and mid-year/year-end audits. **REQUIREMENTS:** * 1–2 years of experience in the position. * Completed high school or technical degree. * Teamwork skills.
