Due to growth, we are looking for our next talent as a **"CONTROL DESK INTERN"** to support strategic management of the department. **Requirements to apply for this position:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Strong verbal communication skills, service-oriented attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to grow within the logistics industry. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Key responsibilities:** * Support general activities to assist in departmental management related to functions aligned with this role. * Analyze customer and supplier documentation to complete documentation closure and proceed with billing for services rendered. * Follow up on audit evidence processes to collect payments from and make payments to transportation partners, ensuring monthly cash flow continuity to sustain logistics service delivery. * Manage the filing system for customers and suppliers to maintain organization among customers and Control Desk executives. * Provide customer and supplier support to expedite collections and payments. **Work location:** San Pedro Barrientos, Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM **If you are interested in continuing your professional development and believe you meet the profile requirements, please apply through this channel or send your CV to paola.reyes@solistica.com**
