We are currently looking for our Head of Security, OHS and Operational Resilience Mexico \& LATAM Region responsible for the function at the Country level, as well as coordinating activities across the LATAM region **What will be your main goal in this position?** The role will oversee and coordinate Security,OHS and Business continuity efforts across the region, including information technology, human resources, communications, legal, facilities management and other groups, and will identify initiatives and standards to protect human and financial assets. Aligned with the DGFF strategy, the role provides to the regional mgt board operational risk advisory and adds value by creating competive advantage by developing best in class security,OHS and BCM capabilities. **What will you do in this position?*** Is accountable for the effective performance of Security,OHS and BCM activities to achieve defined standards to support business objectives * Manages and organizes all Security,OHS and BCM activities and takes decisions following DGFF's security,OHS and BCM policies and standards * Turns BU Security,OHS \&BCM strategy into commercial reality by supporting operational plans and measures as well as BU budgets to achieve overal defined results * Champions development of programs and tools to ensure security, health and safety and BCM. * Ensures BU\-wide consulting capability in security,OHS and BCM matters * Develops BU\-wide standards and guidelines in Security, OHS \& BCM matters and enforces compliance * Sponsors and oversees global cross\-country level security and BCM initiatives * Leads, directs and monitors investigations concerning security incidents * Monitors and analyses incident trends in the BU geographical area and provides advice to mitigate risks * Leverages culture within BU by actively promoting Security,OHS and BCM in the company by using all internal communication channels * Directs and monitors conformance to regulatory programs * Serves as a member of the DGFRegional Compliance panel and supports compliance investigations as appropriate **What can you bring to the position?*** Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions within multinational companies. * 15 years in security /operational risks or similar law enforcement * Experience and knowledge in Security Strategy, Risk Management, Vulnerability Assessment, Security Protocols, Incident Management, Access Control, Business Processes * Bachelor´s degree in Business Management, or related fields * Bilingual English and Spanish **Why should you join our team?** You will have the opportunity to work in an international company with a multicultural environment.
