What will you do in this role? * **Lead and manage** the Technical Support team. * **Administer and prioritize** complex support tickets using our Help Desk system. * Supervise **preventive and corrective maintenance** of hardware, software, and network equipment. * **Develop and maintain** technical documentation and the knowledge base. * Generate departmental performance reports to identify trends and propose improvements. ✅ Requirements for Application (Qualifications) Education and Experience * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (required). * **3+ years of experience** in IT Technical Support. * **1+ years of experience** supervising or coordinating support staff. Essential Technical Skills * Advanced proficiency with ticket management systems (Help Desk/Service Desk). * Solid knowledge of network diagnostics (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP) and connectivity. * Experience configuring and maintaining operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS). * Proficiency with productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). * Knowledge of CCTV systems.
