Responsibilities: \- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines in Azure Data Factory. \- Implement ETL/ELT processes to integrate multiple data sources. \- Process large volumes of data using Azure Databricks and PySpark. \- Optimize SQL queries and structures in Snowflake to improve performance. \- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards. \- Analyze and optimize infrastructure costs in Azure. \- Document architectures, data flows, and technical solutions. \- Participate in code reviews and contribute continuous improvements. \- Provide support and mentorship to junior engineers. \- Collaborate with business and analytics teams to understand requirements. Technical Requirements \- Experience as a Data Engineer or similar roles. \- Azure Data Factory for data pipeline orchestration. \- Azure Databricks for large-scale processing and analytics. \- Development of ETL / ELT processes. \- Advanced SQL for query modeling and optimization. \- Python and PySpark for data processing. \- Experience with Snowflake as a data warehouse. \- Implementation of data governance and security best practices. \- Optimization of storage and computing resources in Azure. \- Technical documentation of processes, data flows, and designs. \- Participation in code reviews and technical mentorship.
