UBK Corporate, a construction and real estate development company with over 25 years of experience in vertical housing development, is seeking new talent for the position of **Vertical Housing Project Leader** **Minimum Experience:** At least **5 years** of mandatory experience in vertical housing complex projects. **Required Education:** Completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. **Responsibilities:** * Design and modeling of architectural projects for vertical housing buildings; capable of developing creative solutions. * Review of engineering designs and interdisciplinary coordination (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical); capable of establishing architectural structural criteria. * On-site project supervision. * Coordination of executive projects based on conceptual or preliminary designs, ensuring adherence to project timelines and delivery schedules. * Technical information analysis (building codes and regulations, technical specifications from suppliers and equipment manufacturers). **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in current NTC standards of the Mexico City Construction Regulations (RCDF), development of vertical housing projects comprising 100 or more units, and expertise in installation and structural design criteria. * Knowledge of architecture and urban planning; advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D), SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop/Illustrator, Excel, and Microsoft Project (mandatory). **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits **Work Location:** * Lomas de Chapultepec
