Polanco **What We’re Looking For?** * 4–5 years of experience as: Senior Tester, Test Lead, Senior Test Engineer. * 1–2 years of experience in the banking or financial sector, performing SQL queries for Data ETL (data validation, transformation rules, integrity, performance) and/or using iceDQ, ETL Validator (Datagaps), IPC, Talend, QuerySurge. * Strong stakeholder engagement across various business units, deliverable tracking, risk management, and performance reporting. * 2–3 years leading multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior profiles, and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Collaboration with development teams and facilitation of agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives). * 2–3 years defining and designing complex test case matrices, optimizing testing processes, supervising functional, integration, and API testing. 2–3 years using requirement and test case management platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Excel, etc. * 2–3 years using automation tools (UI, API, Mobile) such as Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, Swagger, etc. * Proficiency in SQL databases (queries, stored procedures, joins, query optimization, etc.). * Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
