Regulatory management for plan approval UBK Corporate — a real estate developer with over 20 years of experience in housing development — is seeking new talent for the position of Network and Platform Design Engineer. **Position Objective:** To comprehensively design and model the technical infrastructure of residential developments, ensuring optimal project utilization through platform, grading, and network design, strictly adhering to current local regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Platform Design:** Define foundation levels and grades to optimize earthwork movement (earthwork balance). * **Network Design:** Calculation and layout of hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater networks in compliance with regulations. * **Surveying Office:** Field data processing to create accurate digital terrain surfaces. * **Regulatory Management:** Ensure plans comply with technical guidelines issued by local authorities (e.g., SAPA, Public Works, and/or federal agencies) for official approval. * **Quantification:** Generate construction volume tables for budgeting purposes. **Technical Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying Engineering. * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **CivilCAD** (mandatory) * **Experience:** Minimum 3\-5 years designing residential subdivisions or urban complexes. * **Knowledge:** Comprehensive understanding of infrastructure-related topics (soil mechanics, surveying, etc.) **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary based on experience * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday work schedule Work Location: Santa Fe
