We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition Analyst** with at least one year of recruitment experience. Your mission will be to identify and attract the best candidates for our open positions, ensuring an agile and efficient selection process. **Responsibilities:** * Post and manage job openings across various platforms. * Conduct candidate pre-screening and remote interviews. * Coordinate interviews with team leaders. * Maintain an up-to-date candidate database. * Collaborate on developing talent acquisition strategies. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of operational recruitment experience. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in candidate management tools. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM; Saturdays (remote work), 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. * Base salary: $14,000 * Weekly payment * Commissions per hire — NO CAP! * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Meal vouchers. **Location:** Av.
