What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering. Degree certificate and professional license required. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a service desk role. * Knowledge of ITIL. Responsibilities: * Actively collaborate with related departments to ensure quality of deliverables to clients. * Generate reporting templates. * Create and manage the Planner dedicated to each client’s deliverables. * Coordinate with various departments during the report generation process. * Conduct style and quality reviews of reports. * Actively participate in change control tracking. * Perform initial review of RFCs to be evaluated during CAB meetings. * Identify types of changes requested from departments. * Monitor progress of changes approved by CAB. * Actively participate in incident and request tracking and review. * Review quality of incident and request documentation. * Participate in problem tracking and review. * Coordinate with various departments regarding problem documentation.
