DE C.V., located in Santiago de Querétaro – Querétaro, Querétaro** A company dedicated to the sale and support of industrial labeling, marking, and coding solutions is seeking a: **Customer Service Analyst** **Location**: Milenio III, Santiago de Querétaro, Qro. **Schedule**: Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. **About the position**: We seek a Customer Service Analyst who ensures an agile, clear, and professional service experience. This person will be responsible for managing requests, tracking orders, and coordinating with various internal departments to guarantee accuracy in every process. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Business Management, or related field. * Age: 25–45 years old. * Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, order tracking, internal sales, or related activities. * ERP system proficiency (experience with SAI is preferred). * Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills are essential. **Key responsibilities:** * Provide direct customer attention and support, handling requests promptly and accurately. * Enter orders into the ERP (SAI) and validate information with Warehouse and Procurement. * Prepare spare parts quotations and track client authorizations. * Serve as the liaison among customers, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring smooth and timely communication. * Maintain up-to-date databases, price lists, and documentary records (both physical and digital). * Participate in weekly meetings with departments such as Sales, Credit & Collections, Technical Support, and Warehouse. * Prepare consumption reports for supplies and assist in identifying improvement opportunities. * Contribute proposals aimed at enhancing service quality and customer experience. **Compensation and benefits:** * Monthly base salary: $12,000 gross * Payment: Biweekly * Statutory benefits: IMSS / Christmas bonus (15 days) / Vacation (12 days) * Savings fund: 5% employee contribution + company contribution * Food vouchers: 6% of gross salary Are you interested in this opportunity?
