




The Intermediate Operations Support Analyst is a mid-level position responsible for delivering operational support services, including but not limited to: maintaining documentation/records, storing and retrieving records, account maintenance, account setup and opening in coordination with the Central Operations team. Additionally, the Intermediate Operations Support Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operational support in alignment with Citi’s operational processes and supporting infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct operational, statistical, and financial analyses using analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. * Interpret data and results based on information analysis and application of professional judgment. * Apply project management principles to support assigned operational projects. * Perform feasibility analyses for significant process changes and collaborate with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help streamline operational workflows. * Resolve diverse and complex issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business experience. * Provide informal training and guidance to new and junior team members as needed. * Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by promoting compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; adhering to policy; applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices; and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues transparently. **Qualifications:** * 2–5 years of relevant experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * In-depth knowledge of industry practices and standards. * Ability to work independently and rapidly reprioritize tasks as circumstances dictate. * Consistently demonstrates clear, concise written and verbal communication skills. * Self-motivation and attention to detail. * Proven organizational and time-management skills. * Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills. * Required licenses/registrations: Series 7, 9, 10, and 63. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
