Industrial San Martín Obispo (15 min from Plaza Comercial Perinorte / Price Shoes; behind Punta Norte outlets) Monday – Friday 8:30 – 18:00 hrs. (Hybrid work scheme after 3 months) Experience in 1. Providing in-person or remote support to our users regarding information technologies. 2. Installation and updating of software and operating systems. 3. Diagnosing and repairing configuration issues on both Windows and Mac computers. 4. The IT Help Desk is responsible for providing support to internal clients to solve problems related to computers, printers, mobile phones, applications, and end-user technology devices. 5. Basic support in networking. 6. Support and assistance with printing services. 7. Support in the development and implementation of local IT projects. 8. Support and assistance in audio and video technology (projectors, smart cameras, microphones, ZOOM, MS-TEAMS, Cloud Services (Microsoft and Google), etc.). 9. Promote continuous improvement through proposals on best practices, identifying needs, optimizing time usage, responsibility in resource utilization, and process automation. 10. Collaborative work with different technology departments. 11. Handling information technology management and control systems (inventory, image cloning, diagnostic software, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). 12. Medium to advanced knowledge in electronics and component-level repairs, cable assembly. 13. Medium to advanced knowledge in hardware repairs for PCs and laptops. 15. Warranty tracking and management.
