**Accounting Assistant** A company specializing in the distribution of automotive products and lubricants invites you to join our team as an **Accounting Assistant**, as we are direct distributors to major auto parts suppliers nationwide. **Your commitment and dedication will help us carry out the following responsibilities:** 1\.\- Timely accounting entries for income, daily journal, and disbursement vouchers 2\.\- Control and recording of monthly accruals 3\.\- Monthly bank reconciliations 4\.\- Account compilation 5\.\- Knowledge of monthly DIOT informative tax filing 6\.\- Proficiency in Excel 7\.\- Teamwork capability 8\.\- Solid knowledge of IVA/ISR control 9\.\- Basic knowledge of monthly provisional tax payments **Requirements** Minimum six months of experience in a similar role, basic proficiency in Office Suite (Word and Excel), SAT portal. **Technical Knowledge:** Accounting registration of general operating expenses and petty cash transactions, up-to-date tax knowledge, monthly and annual closing procedures, tax calculation and reporting, monthly, annual, and informative filings (DIOT). **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory) Flexible availability.
