Position Summary: A professional responsible for verifying and coordinating technical methods, reviewing calibration certificate results, and continuously improving processes and equipment within an accredited environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and verification of technical methods and tests 2. Development and improvement of technical procedures and formats 3. Technical training and handling of quality audits Key Duties: **1\.** Perform and update Method Verification, including but not limited to initial implementation, changes in methodology or equipment. **2\.** Coordinate the execution of Technical Performance Tests, including but not limited to initial implementation, changes in methodology, equipment, facilities, and personnel. **3\.** Review technical results of calibration certificates. **4\.** Update, review, design, maintain, and improve spreadsheets, including but not limited to correction factors, equipment, personnel, calculations, uncertainty, and methodology. **5\.** Complete maintenance and operation logs for equipment jointly with technical staff. **6\.** Conduct intermediate checks on both new and existing equipment according to the established schedule. **7\.** Collaborate in reviewing technical specifications for purchasing equipment and materials required to maintain or expand the accredited scope. **8\.** Update the annual program for intermediate checks and internal/external maintenance. **9\.** Develop and improve instructional formats for Recognition, Sampling, Measurement, Analysis, Checklists, Intermediate Checks, Technical Performance Tests, and Logs. **10\.** Prepare and deliver technical training to newly hired staff, and monitor the staff training program covering the entire accredited scope. **11\.** Develop, review, or improve sampling, checking, analysis, and method verification procedures for the accredited scope or scope expansion. **12**. Develop records, formats, spreadsheets, method verifications, etc., for new projects and accredited scope expansion. **13\.** Handle audits and surveillance inspections assigned to the Technical Quality Coordinator under the applicable standard. **14**. Collaborate in tracking the closure of nonconformities arising from audits and surveillance inspections. **15**. Collaborate and monitor scheduled proficiency testing activities throughout the year. Working hours: Monday to Friday only, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Salary: $26,500.00 \- $26,550.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
