The “**Program Manager**” will be based in …G**uadalajara North**G…, reporting to …**Program Management Manager**…In this role, you will be In\-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers. **What a typical day looks like:** * Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets. * In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results. * Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required. * Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics. * Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. * Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel. * Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P\&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities. * Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues. * In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions. * Maintain current and develop additional business with customers. * Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met. * Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers. * Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise. **The experience****we’re****looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience. * Advanced English * Previous Experience as a PM * Knowledge of PCBA processes – knowledge of servers or platforms * Organized individual * Customer service experience * Manufacturing experience * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Outlook, basic Core Tools) and problem\-solving methodology **What****you’ll****receive for the****great work****you provide:** * Saving Fund * Christmas bonus * Holiday bonus * Medical Insurance * Life Insurance HS115 **Job Category** ---------------- Operations Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
