You don’t just execute. **You think, question, and propose.** ### **Your Mission** Design, execute, and evolve INTRAURBANA’s and its projects’ content, ensuring communication that is: * Aspirational * Distinctive * Strategic * Aligned with real-market consumer behavior * **What You’ll Do (Strategic Level \+ Execution)** **Strategy and Planning** * Develop monthly content calendars per project and objective (branding, sales, progress updates, institutional). * Define communication pillars, content series, and narrative lines. * Align content with commercial campaigns and project phases. **Market Research and Insight** * Analyze competitors and aspirational brands (not only real estate brands). * Detect trends before they become mainstream. * Identify opportunities for content differentiation. **Creativity and Storytelling** * Create concepts, scripts, and narratives that elevate brand perception. * Develop content that humanizes and makes the purchasing experience aspirational. * Adapt messaging based on customer type (investor vs. end user). **Content Production** * Create visual and audiovisual assets (Reels, Stories, etc.). * Coordinate photo/video shoots, recordings, and idea development. * Ensure aesthetic and narrative consistency across all deliverables. **Optimization and Evolution** * Analyze content performance (engagement, reach, views). * Identify what works and scale it strategically. * Adjust narrative and formats based on data. * **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Timely delivery and quality of content calendars * Level of organic engagement * Community growth per project * Approval and implementation rate of new creative proposals * Ability to differentiate from competitors * Early identification of relevant trends * Content that enhances the purchasing experience (not just visibility) * **We’re Looking For Someone Who…** * Has a creative mind **and a strategic one** * Understands branding—not just social media * Is observant of the market and obsessive about trends * Proposes fresh ideas—even uncomfortable or unconventional ones * Possesses aesthetic and narrative sensitivity * Enjoys building something long-term (not just posting for the sake of posting) * + Identifies internal needs of each project * **What You Need** * Experience in content creation (ideally 1 year or more) * Proficiency with editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar) * Deep understanding of digital formats * Portfolio required (we want to see how you think—not just what you produce) **Plus:** * Photography * Animation * Experience with aspirational or lifestyle brands
