Job Summary: Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of web platforms and desktop applications to automate and optimize the company’s internal processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tracking and resolution of incidents for internal customers Junior Backend Developer Support the development of new web platforms or desktop applications according to company requirements, assisting the Development Department to automate and optimize internal processes. Maintain, optimize, and/or implement new functionalities within internally used platforms, administrative systems, financial systems, logistics control systems, warehouse management systems, and other systems deployed by the company for process automation, in accordance with new requirements or to resolve errors reported or requested by internal customers. Track incidents reported by internal customers via a ticketing system to resolve daily issues arising across various developed platforms. Test new functionalities or integrations developed by the Development Department. Assist in deploying projects to production.
