Job Summary: We are seeking a CPD Infrastructure Technician to provide support in Data Center environments, performing equipment installation, hands-on support, incident resolution, and work under change control. Hands-on support. Incident and request resolution and tracking. Execution of activities under change control. Monitoring and responding to operational forums and chats. Education Technical degree in Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field. Desirable: Incomplete or completed Engineering degree in Systems, IT, or similar. Experience 1–3 years of experience in infrastructure or Data Center support. NETWORK SUPPORT Experience in rack mounting and cabling. Desirable: Experience in critical or high-availability environments. Competencies Working under pressure. Attention to detail. Organization. Proactivity. Teamwork. Sense of urgency. Position Conditions Availability to rotate shifts under a 7x24 operational schedule. On-site work model. Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
