Leadership, organization, and results-oriented focus OMNIBUS DE MÉXICO A leading passenger transportation company seeks: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR Job Objective Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper safeguarding, and timely supply of spare parts, materials, and supplies required for transportation service operations. ⸻ Responsibilities * Supervise daily warehouse operations (receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods). * Control inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials for bus maintenance. * Coordinate and supervise warehouse personnel. * Ensure accurate recording of incoming and outgoing items in the system. * Conduct periodic physical inventories. * Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper organization. * Verify compliance with internal processes and company policies. * Prepare consumption, turnover, and material control reports. * Coordinate timely supply to operational and maintenance departments. ⸻ Requirements * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma (technical or bachelor's degree preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience as Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry. * Knowledge of inventory control and spare parts management. * Experience managing personnel. * Basic/intermediate Excel and inventory system skills. * Flexible working hours availability. * Leadership, organization, and results-oriented focus. ⸻ Employment Offer * Monthly salary: $13,377 * Bi-weekly payment * Statutory benefits from day one * Food vouchers * Opportunity for professional growth and development * Job stability in a nationally established company Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,377.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Life insurance * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
