Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Back\-up Lead **Field Service Engineer** with strong **Desk Side Support** and **AV Support** experience for an exciting corporate event environment in Guadalajara at Estadio Akron. **Responsibilities** * Provide on\-site desk side and technical support for end users * Support AV equipment and meeting room technologies * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues * Support event\-day technical activities and escalations * Coordinate with remote teams and venue management when required **Requirements** * Experience as a Field Service Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or Desktop Support Technician * Strong knowledge of desk side support and AV systems * Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills * Ability to work full\-day on\-site assignments Job Types: Part\-time, Contract Pay: $14,703\.49 \- $25,838\.59 per month Location: * Guadalajara, Jal.
