Package management and the Salesforce ecosystem. **Job Objective** We seek a Salesforce Developer with solid experience in development and process automation who will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and business stakeholders. **Technical Competencies: Salesforce Development** \-Development with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components. \-Administration of objects, fields, validations, permissions, and security models. \-Design of scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices. \-Automation with Flows \-Design, implementation, and optimization of Flows: \-Record-Triggered Flows \-Scheduled Flows \-Screen Flows \-Migration and replacement of legacy automations (Workflow Rules and Process Builder). \-Package Management and the Salesforce Ecosystem \-Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of managed packages. \-Integration with external applications and AppExchange solutions. \-Version control and deployments (desirable) \-Knowledge of release management and DevOps practices in Salesforce. \-Experience with tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar. \-Environment management (Sandbox, UAT, Production) and deployment best practices. **Desired Qualifications** \-Salesforce certifications, such as: Platform Developer I Salesforce Administrator Platform App Builder \-Prior experience in Salesforce implementation projects or continuous improvement initiatives.
