Join our team as an **Administrative Intern in the Post-Sales Collections area** **Objective:** To support the **Post-Sales Collections** department through administrative and follow-up activities, contributing to the efficient control of processes related to customer management and documentation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Business Engineering, or related fields. * Student in 6th or 7th semester. * Intermediate proficiency in Office tools. **Responsibilities:** * Control and custody of documents related to customer financing. * Follow-up on unaddressed guarantees, in coordination with the Customer Service department. * Monitoring of quality standards in collection activities. * Control and reconciliation of recorded income against the internal system. * Preparation and updating of internal controls and information databases. * Support in communication with various internal departments to ensure proper operation of the post-sales process. **Our Offer:** * CAINTRA agreement * Monthly scholarship of $10,000 pesos. * Life insurance. * Professional development in a corporate environment. * Full-time schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. * Work location in downtown Monterrey.
