We are seeking an Associate Field Service Technician. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software at client facilities. You will perform inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and resolve technical incidents to ensure proper equipment operation. You will also collaborate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and understanding of the product. **Requirements** High school diploma or completed technical program 0–2 years of field service experience Availability to travel and work on weekends **Responsibilities** Install, configure, and perform hardware and software moves (IMAC/R). Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, including cleaning and component adjustment. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults; escalate incidents when necessary. Train customers on equipment and software usage and operation. Complete documentation and meet established KPIs.
