Company is seeking **Bid Analyst** Location: Ladrón de Guevara Work mode: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Salary: $15,000 to $17,000 gross per month, depending on experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field JOB OBJECTIVE Comprehensively manage tender processes—from identifying opportunities through proposal submission and follow-up—ensuring regulatory compliance and competitiveness **Responsibilities** 1\. Monitor tender publications, terms and conditions, award notices, and contract awards on the Government Electronic Procurement System (COMPRASMX), SAI, Secretariats’ portals, Decentralized Public Agencies (OPD’s), and Civil Hospitals, without limitation. 2\. Read and thoroughly analyze published tender documents for participation. 3\. Conduct market research when required. 4\. Draft and compile tender proposals. a. Prepare the Technical Proposal (analysis of technical specifications, referencing of manuals, and completion of annexes). b. Prepare economic proposals. c. Gather necessary legal and administrative documents for proposal submission. d. Draft, when required, questions to be submitted during the Clarification Meeting for each tender event. 5\. Enter prepared proposals into COMPRASMX or any other method specified in the tender documents. 6\. Analyze responses published following the Clarification Meeting and make required adjustments to the proposal. 7\. Closely monitor all tender processes in which the company participates. 8\. Notify management upon issuance of award decisions for tender events in which the company participates. 9\. Contact participating institutions to follow up. 10\.
