This role requires strong technical expertise in Java/J2EE, microservices architecture, and cloud implementation, along with leadership skills to guide an engineering team toward timely and high-quality deliveries. **Requirements:** **More than 10 years of experience** * Solid proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC. * Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design. * Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). * Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB). * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven) and version control (Git). * Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). * Experience with caching mechanisms (Redis, Hazelcast). * Familiarity with AI-assisted programming tools (GitHub Copilot) and modern frameworks (LangChain). * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to lead technical discussions and drive end-to-end delivery. * Experience in mentoring and managing small engineering teams. * Score of 80% or higher on programming assessment tests. * Passion for delivering defect-free code and meeting SLAs.
