Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced construction supervisor to coordinate solar panel installations and ensure proper field execution. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the growing renewable energy sector We seek to integrate into our team a professional with experience in construction supervision and solar panel installation projects. This position is critical to ensuring proper field installation execution, coordinating technical and operational activities across multiple projects throughout the country. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise field activities related to solar panel installation. * Coordinate the operational team during assembly, connection, and commissioning processes of systems. * Verify compliance with technical specifications, construction timelines, and safety standards. * Organize materials, tools, and resources required for each project. * Track construction progress and report activity status to the relevant department. * Ensure proper equipment usage and adherence to best practices during installation. * Support resolution of technical issues arising during project execution. **Requirements:** * Education: Electrical, Electronic, or Electromechanical Engineering degree. * Approx. 2–3 years of experience in construction supervision or activities related to solar panel installation or electrical projects. * Fieldwork experience and experience coordinating operational teams. * Availability to work on out-of-town construction sites across various states of the country. * Valid driver’s license. * Basic knowledge of electrical installations and photovoltaic systems. * Organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Net monthly salary: $16,000 * Weekly payments. * Statutory benefits. * Initial project-based contract; based on productivity, may convert to indefinite-term contract. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Offices located in Metepec, State of Mexico.
