Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the operation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen equipment, guaranteeing compliance with organizational policies and objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the proper operation and service life of kitchen equipment 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Ensure compliance with policies and objectives Carry out necessary tasks to ensure operation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repair, diagnostics, consultations, and advisory services, and to extend the service life and prevent interruptions of kitchen equipment at Ford Mexico facilities. Ensure compliance with departmental policies and implement measures aimed at achieving the organization's strategic objectives, maintaining quality standards and response times within established budgets.
