If you want to lead and build, apply now **Responsibilities** * Represent the team in architecture sessions and technical feature grooming with product stakeholders * Work with stakeholders to refine technical features and ensure strategic alignment * Convert business requirements into executable technical tasks * Direct the offshore team as they develop, enhance, and maintain code * Validate that microservices and REST APIs meet agreed standards * Run code reviews and ensure compliance with CI/CD practices * Supervise unit testing and quality assurance processes * Join SAFe/scrum ceremonies, estimation, and planning activities * Coach offshore developers to promote technical excellence * Monitor delivery status and proactively resolve risks and blockers * Facilitate technical discussions between stakeholders and the development team **Requirements** * Extensive 5\+ years development experience in Java and Spring Boot * Proven ability to lead offshore teams and drive delivery * Project management experience across cross\-functional scrum teams * Strong knowledge of cloud platforms * Solid understanding of Java messaging systems * Expert knowledge of Kubernetes * Proficient skills in ReactJS * Experience building APIs and working with microservices architecture * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Effective communication and collaboration abilities * Advanced English proficiency (C1 — Advanced) **Nice to have** * Background with Apache Kafka * Microsoft Azure expertise * Apache Kafka certification * Azure Solutions Architect certification
