**Trinity Rail de Mexico** Seeks **Quality Assurance Supervisor** **Primary Purpose:** Compliance with regulations, Industry Standards and Internal Procedures to ensure the manufacturing of rail parts and railcars **General Responsibilities:** 1\. Manage resources for mandatory hold points in the manufacturing of rail parts and railcars. 2\. Develop assigned personnel to meet requirements for manufacturing rail parts and railcars. 3\. Stop the manufacturing process of rail parts and railcars if any deviation from Trinity Rail's compliance matrix is detected. 4\. Generate improvements in the manufacturing process of rail parts and railcars. 5\. Management of measurement equipment. 6\. Monitoring and improvement of SQDCE performance indicators. 7\. Corrective and preventive actions for external and internal customers. 8\. Ensure that Trinity Rail's compliance matrix is fully covered (100%) within their area of responsibility. 9\. Meet goals for each process regarding external audits, customer audits, and comprehensive audits of the Trinity Rail system. 10\. Participate in AAR audits. 11\. Comply with First Article Inspection programs, Quality Plans, and Planning Teams. 12\. Ensure safe practices by their personnel. 13\.
