Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable site manager to plan construction projects, monitor progress, manage budgets, and efficiently organize and schedule tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and direct construction projects from inception to completion. 2. Negotiate agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits. 3. Lead and coordinate work teams and subcontractors. We seek a trustworthy site manager to plan construction projects and monitor progress throughout the entire process in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgets, organization, project launch, and scheduling. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and direct construction projects from conception to completion * Conduct in-depth project reviews to schedule deliveries and estimate costs * Monitor all on-site and remote work to ensure compliance with construction and safety regulations * Coordinate and supervise on-site workers and subcontractors * Select tools, materials, and equipment, and track inventory * Fulfill contractual execution requirements * Review daily work progress * Prepare internal and external reports on project status * Plan proactively to prevent issues and resolve any that arise * Negotiate agreement terms, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses * Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks * Ensure adherence to quality construction standards and appropriate construction techniques **Requirements** * Proven work experience in site management * Advanced knowledge of processes, resources, and methods in site management * Expert knowledge of construction products and details, as well as relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards * Knowledge of all aspects of the construction process * Familiarity with construction management software packages * Competence in conflict and crisis management * Leadership and human resource management capabilities * Excellent time and project management skills * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
