You will take a key role in designing and delivering scalable, innovative solutions that seamlessly integrate with complex systems while addressing evolving business and technical needs. **Responsibilities** * Develop custom agents from concept to production, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals * Architect and implement integration strategies for custom agents, ensuring reliability and enhanced system functionality * Drive scalability and extensibility in solution design, preparing for long\-term evolution and enterprise demands * Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to maintain project stability and performance * Oversee project timelines and milestones, efficiently managing competing priorities in dynamic environments * Conduct in\-depth research into new technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and enhance capabilities * Collaborate with and mentor teammates, fostering a strong culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and shared vision **Requirements** * 3\+ years of professional experience as a Python developer, with expertise in traditional and cloud environments (AWS or GCP) * Exceptional troubleshooting and debugging skills for addressing intricate challenges in production systems * Advanced knowledge of scalable architectures and proven experience adapting solutions to shifting project demands * Strong research and analysis skills to evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies and methods * Strong ability to guide and influence team dynamics, provide mentorship to enhance skills, and ensure alignment in achieving goals within an agile environment * Expertise in Cloud Native Development, including containerization, orchestration, and deployment using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless frameworks * Experience architecting, building, and maintaining robust REST APIs, with strong authentication, error handling, and versioning expertise * English level of minimum B2 (Upper\-Intermediate) for effective communication **Nice to have** * Significant hands\-on experience in creating production\-ready custom agents with deep integration expertise * Deep understanding of AI concepts such as MCP, A2A protocol, RAG, and their practical applications * Extensive experience with A2A communication and workflow orchestration for enterprise\-grade automation * Expert knowledge of Amazon Bedrock AgentCore for developing, deploying, and managing AI agents on AWS * Experience implementing advanced solutions with Google Vertex AI, including custom model training and application integration * Proficiency in leveraging Model Context Protocol for dynamic context and state management in agent workflows * Demonstrated ability to enhance agent systems using Retrieval\-Augmented Generation with external knowledge bases
