




Mining industry company is seeking a Contract and Budget Manager to lead, coordinate, and control the management of goods, services, and works contracts related to mining operations. The position ensures compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and safety and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the complete contract lifecycle: drafting, review, negotiation, execution, modification, and closure. * Coordinate bidding processes, technical\-economic evaluations, and awarding procedures. * Analyze commercial proposals and participate in negotiations with contractors and suppliers. * Monitor timelines, costs, deliverables, and KPIs of active contracts; manage renewals or terminations. * Identify cost-saving and contract optimization opportunities; ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. * 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles; at least 1 year in the mining sector. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience in contract preparation, bid structuring, and unit price development. * Knowledge of typical industry contracts (ground support, mineral transportation, drilling, concrete spraying, etc.). * Skills: excellent writing, analytical ability, negotiation, leadership, and results orientation. **Benefits** * Competitive salary * Camp service (3 meals, laundry, camp\-office transportation). * Statutory benefits, holiday bonus, and vacation premium. * Initial hiring with a 3-month probation period including benefits.
