We ensure our values guide our actions and that ideas come from every voice, every perspective, each Clipper. **The Role** We are looking for a Senior Collections Manager who will be a key member of the Credit Risk Management team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to optimize recovery rates, enhance customer experience, and ensure operational efficiency in collections. This position includes leading collection operations, managing vendor relationships, and implementing customer-focused approaches, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The Senior Collections Manager will use data analytics and technology to continuously improve the effectiveness of collections and reduce losses. **What Will I Be Doing?** * Develop and implement a comprehensive collections strategy including approaches for early, mid, and late stages to minimize churn rates and reduce bad debt. * Use data analysis, models, and behavioral insights to segment delinquent customers and personalize effective recovery actions. * Optimize collections processes by refining treatment pathways across self-service, digital channels, agent-assisted support, and legal escalation procedures. * Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate collections effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. * Oversee and scale all collections operations, including business process outsourcing and legal collections firms. * Continuously improve agent strategies, campaigns, and workflows to optimize contact and payment success rates. * Manage relationships with collections vendors, debt buyers, law firms, and debtor tracing agencies to maximize recoveries and profitability. * Implement customer-centric collections strategies including empathetic approaches, hardship programs, and flexible payment options. * Enhance self-service collections options and collaborate with Product and * Technology teams to optimize digital collections touchpoints.
