This role is critical to scaling our base of small and medium-sized businesses, ensuring consistent growth in TPV and channel profitability. ***You will be responsible for a large and diverse team, and you will redesign and scale each channel based on its unique characteristics: retail execution, reseller leverage, and high-frequency field operations, always ensuring alignment with Payments and GTM's global strategy.*** **What will I do?** * Own end\-to\-end acquisition strategy and P\&L for **Core Channels** Lead and develop a team of over 150 people distributed across three verticals: * + - **Retail**: execute commercial plans with major retail partners; manage negotiation, inventory flows, and point-of-sale execution. - **Resellers**: redesign the model toward a scalable, technology-enabled channel (lead capture, funnel conversion, engagement, and incentive models). - **Field Sales**: scale a direct door-to-door sales force; drive field supervision, recruitment, training, and compensation models. * Identify and activate growth levers for each channel, ensuring cost efficiency and impact per person. * Define and evolve go\-to\-market strategy and value proposition for small businesses. * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance to optimize the acquisition funnel, build the right tools, and influence roadmap priorities. * Monitor and be accountable for channel KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis, with rigor and urgency (TPV M0, CAC, LTV, ROI). **Ideal Candidate:** * At least 7 years in commercial leadership roles at technology companies, consulting, fintech, or high-growth environments. * Experience managing large commercial teams (100\+) with high operational complexity. * Solid understanding of multichannel go\-to\-market strategies. * Ability to balance execution and strategic thinking, especially in ambiguous or changing conditions. * Strong analytical skills; ability to dive deep into numbers and use data to guide decisions and trade\-offs. * High sense of ownership, resilience, and leadership presence to influence cross-functionally across the organization. * Not required, but highly valued: experience in merchant payments, commercial execution in retail, and channel digitization. **Technical Skills** * Analytical, data, and numerical knowledge. * Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite Make it easy, make it Clip.
