- **Major Accountabilities:** * Lead the recruitment process for the hr team, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions to attract top talent and build a diverse and high\-performing team. * Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they receive the necessary training, resources, and support to integrate smoothly into the team and contribute effectively to project deliverables * Allocate resources effectively across projects and initiatives, balancing workload and priorities to optimize team productivity, utilization, and project delivery timelines. * Define performance goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to support their professional development and career growth. * Implement initiatives to recognize and reward team members for their contributions, achievements, and milestones, fostering a culture of appreciation, motivation, and engagement within the team * Participation in audits, inspections from the supervised area; providing required documents and data.**Authorities:** * Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the team and key stakeholders, including project sponsors, managers, and other internal and external partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and proactive resolution of issues or conflicts. * Ensure team members are proficient in relevant tools and platforms, such as Workday, Microsoft Teams, and other tools, providing training, guidance, and support as needed to maximize team productivity. * Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development support to team members, helping them set and achieve career goals, develop new skills, and overcome challenges or obstacles in their professional growth and advancement. * Authorize payroll pay out.**My Background:** * Bachelor’s degree * Experience in union negotiations * Experience handling different unions * Bilingual Spanish/English * Able to travel * Knowledge of LFT, CI, RIT, IMSS e INFONAVIT * Analysis and problem\-solving from root * People administration (HC over 500\) * Compensation administration * Automotive industry (as plus)**Why join us?** * **You can grow at Aptiv.** Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where everyone can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or beliefs. * **You can have an impact** .
