Our culture emphasizes work-life balance, professional development, global career opportunities, and an epic benefits package. **Mission** Provide technical advisory services to RGD customers for TH, DTH, HHE, RBE ROT, and RGU product lines, aiming to promote products across various mine operations, resolve product claims, and demonstrate performance to customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** \[1] Know and be able to demonstrate RGD products in operation on Drilling Equipment. \[2] Establish contacts with customers at Warehouse and Operations Superintendent levels. \[3] Advise and recommend RGD products to end customers. \[4] Support RGD Product Specialists in preparing customer and/or assigned area TTM (Technical Trials and Measurements). \[5] Support RGD Product Specialists in sales forecasting for assigned customers and/or areas. \[6] Conduct and report periodic visits to direct supervisor and establish a visit plan. \[7] Provide field and classroom training and support to end users or drillers during customer visits. \[8] Assist customers in evaluating products and consumables through field testing. \[9] Monitor and control inventory of best-selling consumables to maintain adequate stock levels. \[10] Support RGD Product Specialists in preparing Visit Reports and provide recommendations to customers to improve productivity of RGD products. \[11] Generate and present activity reports to the Product Specialist. \[12] Work closely with equipment sales representatives, customer service personnel, and technical service teams. \[13] Participate in internal and external training activities with customers. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Specialization in Drilling, Mining Operations, or Productivity is desirable. Certifications in drilling techniques, mining safety, or inventory management are a plus. * Minimum 3 years of experience in mining operations, surface or underground drilling. * Technical-commercial experience in selling or supporting drilling products (TH, DTH, HHE, etc.). * Direct contact with warehouses, superintendents, or end customers in the mining industry. * Experience training drillers or technicians in the field or classroom. * Knowledge of inventory and logistics of mining consumables. **Competencies and Skills:** * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and operational customers. * Capability to conduct field tests and generate technical reports. * Collaborative work within multidisciplinary teams (sales, service, warehouses). * Availability to travel frequently and work under mine site conditions. **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
