Join our team Position Mission Support efficient inventory and material order management, ensuring timely availability of resources, compliance with performance indicators, and proper documentation of supply chain processes. Functions / Responsibilities * Create and update databases for inventory and material order control and monitoring. * Record the progress of each material stage and availability timelines. * Support coordination with suppliers and internal departments to ensure proper material flow. * Assist in implementing improvements in inventory and material control processes. Requirements * Final semester student in business administration, international trade, supply chain, or related fields. * Basic knowledge in procurement and commerce. * English – Intermediate to Advanced level. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of Power BI (desirable). * Planning and organizational skills. * Basic inventory knowledge.
