




**Accounting Assistant and Talent Management** **Viajes Azteca:** A company primarily engaged in passenger transportation and tourism services. **Job Objective:** Provide accurate and reliable support to the Accounting and Talent Management Coordinator through reviewing and tracking financial, economic, and employee-related data. **Required Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields, and/or relevant experience. * Basic knowledge of tax legislation and filings. * Resource administration and control. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Invoicing:** Managing the log of issued invoices and monitoring customers’ outstanding balances. * **Payroll:** Collecting INFONAVIT and FONACOT payments from staff. * **Accounting and Administrative Support:** Tracking outstanding balances with suppliers and customers. * **Petty Cash and Cash Flow:** Assisting with monthly deposits and payments. * **Supplier and Contract Management:** Timely tracking of supplier payments. * **Reporting and Internal Control:** Monthly submission to management of charts and indicators measuring goal achievement. * **Talent Management and Regulatory Compliance Support:** Drafting and managing contracts, policies, personnel files, regulations, termination procedures, and agreements. **Benefits:** **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, **10:00 AM to 6:00 PM** * Saturdays, **8:00 AM to 4:00 PM** **Salary:** * Weekly payment of **$2,500 (net)**. * Statutory benefits. * Calle Ébano 217, 99000 Fresnillo, Zacatecas, Mexico
