Are you ready? **Position Objective:** Ensure that growth, profitability, and compliance indicators are achieved within the assigned portfolio through ongoing support and periodic monitoring of the underwriting team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct periodic assessments of growth and profitability metrics using parameterized tools to identify improvements and deviations, contributing to the implementation of corrective or development actions. * Perform periodic technical reviews to verify compliance with current regulatory frameworks, as well as to detect new business needs requiring adjustments to underwriting rules. * Support the implementation of technical initiatives by assisting regional underwriting teams to ensure achievement of the portfolio's technical and financial objectives. Handle technical and catastrophic lines of business. * Develop, define, and implement products. * Assist in training regional underwriting teams to align technical criteria with AXA Group underwriting rules and enhance the professional knowledge level of the Property Damage team. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or Economics **(Completed).** * Language: **Advanced English (Mandatory).** * Type and length of experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in property damage insurance development and management of catastrophic lines. * Knowledge: Proficiency in actuarial models for rate construction. Team management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams. * Tools: SAS, Python and/or R. * **Working hours: 8:00 to 17:30 hrs.
