In addition, participating in the continuous improvement process of suppliers. **Escolaridad.** Engineering degree. **Experiencia Requerida.** * 5 years of experience in the automotive industry * 3 years of experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer or Supplier Development Engineer, quality systems based on IATF 16949. * One year in roles involving management of quality management systems, supplier development and leadership. **Conocimientos Específicos** * Expert level in IATF 16949, APQP / Control Plan, SPC / MSA, GD\&T Advanced, PPAP, FMEA, Problem Solving / Shainin, Special Processes CQI9/11/15, SAP QM, IMDS system, Minitab, Internal Auditor ISO/TS, Effective Communication / Negotiation. * Intermediate level in automotive industry customer requirements (QSB, Q1, Manufacturing Basics, VDA, ANPQP), metallography, Internal Auditor ISO/TS, Lean Mfg, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Auditor Leader, MMOG/LE, CQI\-14. * Basic level in CQI\-5 BOS, ISO/IEC 17021 and IATF Rules, Noise, Vibration \& Harshness, ISO/IEC 17025. * Expert in project planning and resource and personnel management, effective communication techniques and negotiation. * Advanced English **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
