We ensure our values guide our actions and that ideas come from every voice, every perspective, each Clipper. **Role:** We are looking for a Data \& Analytics Specialist to help us improve data-driven decision-making through analysis and dashboards, as well as identifying business opportunities, challenging existing decisions and implemented strategies to maintain rapid growth mode. **What will I do?** * Collaborate closely with the Financial Services team, product analysts, risk analysts, and operations to identify business challenges and opportunities and develop analytical solutions. * Develop studies based on internal and external data to provide the company with the best tools for decision-making. * Question business needs to always achieve the best possible outcome in terms of company potential. * Exploratory data analysis: perform exploratory analyses to identify patterns, trends, and relevant information. * Analyze large datasets related to financial transactions, customer behavior, and risk factors to extract useful insights and support decision-making processes. * Design and maintain effective reporting and data visualization frameworks, ensuring key metrics and performance indicators are accurately tracked and communicated to stakeholders. * Develop simple predictive models to anticipate movements. **Ideal Candidate** * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as finance, technology, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline. * Proven experience in an analytical role, preferably with experience in the financial services or fintech sector. * Strong knowledge of data analysis, storytelling, and programming languages such as SQL, Python, PySpark, etc. * Experience in data presentation and insight definition. * Fluency in English and/or Spanish (written and spoken). **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in using analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, POWER BI, or similar platforms. * Desired knowledge of financial services products, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks. * Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Experience working with large datasets and utilizing databases and data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks. * Creation of predictive and prescriptive models. * Cleaning, transforming, and organizing datasets to ensure quality and consistency. * Development and automated maintenance of dashboards for stakeholders.
