Sandvik Mining is seeking: **Shift Supervisor** Fresnillo Contract Do you enjoy constant challenges, leading work teams, and developing people? That is exactly what we are looking for in you. **Position Purpose:** You will be responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in the execution of maintenance services, guaranteeing compliance with Sandvik’s EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) policies, proper assignment and supervision of personnel, timely updates of equipment status, and delivery of reliable information. Coordinate human and material resources to meet maintenance programs, contract key performance indicators, and internal policies, while fostering team development through training, administrative management, and effective communication of results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure the physical integrity of personnel under your responsibility by strictly complying with regulations, policies, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards established by Sandvik, as described in the “EHS Responsibilities” section. * Daily coordinate and assign the scheduled workforce to carry out corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance services under a work order. * Maintain up-to-date fleet status during your shift. * Supervise that all work is performed according to agreed timelines, expected quality and scope defined by the client, and required spare parts. * Ensure the quality of information delivered from equipment maintenance inspections so as to support Backlog maintenance tracking. * Ensure compliance with the weekly maintenance program. * Collect work orders and prepare daily activity reports for handover to the next shift and to the Contract Manager. * Attend the daily meeting with the client to report on equipment status and receive pending items. * Report operational damages occurring during your shift. * Ensure monitoring and compliance with key performance indicators defined in each contract’s scope during your shift. * Identify training needs and ensure that your team members complete the annual training plan. * And others. **Your Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Diesel Machinery, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in a facilitator role supporting operations supervision and administration within a mining service contract. * Technical-level English, both spoken and written, verifiable. * Proven intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * High mobility: Ability to work away from home and/or relocate (if applicable). * * Application deadline: **May 20, 2026\.** For internal applications: Access the intranet, go to the “Employment and Career Opportunities” section, and enter Job ID: **R0092143**.
