**Bar Manager**
Job Objective
Manage and operate the restaurant bar to ensure an exceptional beverage experience aligned with the gastronomic concept of high-end cuisine, through the creation of innovative menus, efficient cost control, and management of a highly skilled team.
**Responsibilities**
* Design, update, and execute the beverage menu (craft cocktails, classics, wines, spirits, premium non-alcoholic beverages).
* Ensure standardization of recipes, techniques, and presentations according to fine dining standards.
* Coordinate food-and-beverage pairings with the Executive Chef and kitchen team.
* Manage inventory, procurement, suppliers, and waste control.
* Analyze costs, recipe costing sheets, and bar profitability.
* Train, evaluate, and develop the bar team.
* Supervise floor service to guarantee timing, quality, and hospitality.
* Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
* Implement trends, innovation, and continuous improvement in beverages.
Job RequirementsAcademic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Gastronomy, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
* Certifications in mixology, wine, or spirits (preferred).
* Professional appearance
Experience
* Minimum 1–5 years as Senior Bartender or Bar Manager in high-end cuisine or fine dining restaurants.
* Proven experience in menu creation and cost control.
Technical Knowledge
* Classical and contemporary mixology.
* Premium wines, spirits, and international trends.
* Inventory control and recipe costing.
* Hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
