Opportunity for professional growth **OPEN POSITION:** Training Coordinator At our industry-leading private security company, we are seeking a committed, organized, and results-focused Training Coordinator who will ensure the proper execution and continuous improvement of our training processes. **Position Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise training programs for operational and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with KPIs, regulations, and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** Monitoring and achievement of training KPIs (weekly and monthly). Preparation and control of DC\-3 certificates in accordance with current regulations. Administration and analysis of personnel performance evaluations. Identification and analysis of training risks, and development of action plans. Ongoing supervision and follow-up of the training team. Generation of executive reports and KPIs for management. Ensuring compliance with mandatory training programs in the private security sector. **✅ Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating training programs (preferably in private security). Knowledge of labor regulations and DC\-3 documentation. Proficiency in KPI tracking and reporting.
