Position Summary: Ensure the implementation, supervision, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System and asset security across all company projects. Multi-project supervision experience and expertise in ISO 45001. **Job Description** Ensure the implementation, supervision, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System and asset security across all company projects, ensuring legal, regulatory, and operational compliance. The position operates independently from construction and engineering departments and maintains cross-project oversight. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise compliance with the corporate OHS Management System * Implement operational and administrative controls * Supervise on-site security residents and OHS personnel * Audit projects and generate executive reports * Manage risks through ARP (Risk Assessment and Prevention) * Supervise ATS (Authorization to Start) and work permits * Coordinate emergency brigades and drills * Supervise asset security: * Access control * Security guards * Camps * Asset control * Implement and supervise OHS dashboards and indicators * Coordinate incident and accident investigations * Verify compliance with NOM-STPS and ISO 45001 * Supervise corrective and preventive actions * Coordinate emergency plans and external agencies **Qualifications and Skills** Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field with specialization in OHS. * Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable experience in construction safety o Multi-project supervision experience o Experience coordinating OHS personnel * Verifiable experience in ISO 45001 audits * Experience in asset security Desirable: Familiarity with and implementation experience of NOM-031-STPS, NOM-009-STPS, NOM-017-STPS, NOM-002-STPS, NOM-019-STPS, NOM-026-STPS, NOM-030-STPS, NOM-027-STPS, and ISO 45001 **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** * Verifiable OHS Management Systems * Verifiable ISO 45001 * OHS Audits * Incident Investigation * Risk Identification and Assessment * Asset Security * Operational Control * Verifiable Emergency Management * Emergency Brigades and Drills * Document Management and OHS Indicators Multi-project supervision **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS** * Willingness to travel * Valid driver's license * Flexible working hours * Intermediate Excel proficiency (verifiable) * OHS certifications **Benefits** Statutory benefits.
