This is your opportunity to join STRATTEC as a **Quality Engineer** **Objective:** Facilitate the resolution of issues related to internal and external quality activities, maintaining communication regarding the progress of corrective action analysis and implementation **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate problem-solving activities. * Ensure compliance with and management of specific customer requirements * Manage customer-specific requirements * Supervise quality department personnel * Provide customer support, follow-up, and attention (e.g., visits, audits, progress updates, and action communications) **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering or related field * Experience in the automotive industry (mandatory requirement) * Experience managing customers from major OEMs * Familiarity with GM and/or VW customer-specific requirements (preferred) * Bilingual in English/Spanish (mandatory requirement) * Process control plans * Proficiency with measurement equipment * PFMEAs * SPC * MSA (Gauge R\&R) * APQP * PPAP * Problem-solving tools * Experience supervising personnel (inspectors, auditors, technicians) * Mexican visa and passport (a plus) * No transportation constraints for working at Parque Colinas de León, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The position is based at the plant located at Blvd. Paseo de las Colinas \#142, Parque Industrial Colinas de León; the plant’s primary activity is the production and painting of electronic automotive components, such as interior and exterior door handles and pillars.
