Position Summary: Grupo Desmex is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to provide technical support, diagnosis, repair, and consultation for renewable energy systems. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER**. **REQUIREMENTS** * Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering degree. * Experience: 2 years in similar positions. * Residency in León, Gto., or willingness to relocate. * Availability to travel outside the city. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Electricity * Direct and alternating current * Low- and medium-voltage electrical installations * Microsoft Office suite * Development and execution of procedures * Interpretation of blueprints and single-line diagrams * Development and execution of procedures Grid-connected photovoltaic systems (Desirable) **Responsibilities** * Prepare service quotations for maintenance and/or repair of products or systems supplied by Grupo Desmex. * Provide technical consultation regarding the installation of photovoltaic systems and heat pumps, as well as the operation of various Grupo Desmex products. * Perform on-site diagnosis and repair services for equipment supplied by Grupo Desmex. * Manage warranties with equipment suppliers for reported failures. * Review customer monitoring systems (Growatt, Fronius, and Refusol). * Provide remote technical support and consultations to customers. * Conduct technical site surveys. * Perform energy consumption and generation studies. * Heat pump configuration and inspection services. * Electroluminescence testing and reporting for solar panels. * Thermographic testing and reporting for solar panels. **SKILLS** * Effective communication * Quotation preparation * Proactivity * Organization * Verbal fluency * Conflict resolution **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits. * Weekly salary payment. * Full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 hrs.
